We are a project that aims to provide the municipality of Bucaramanga and the department of Santander with a Patrimonial Center for memories of a mixed and total nature that protects, preserves and disseminates the film, visual, audiovisual, photographic and sound memories of the department, and that is linked to a broad system of Public Cinematheque that tends to the construction of identity representations and cultural diversity of Santander.

It contemplates activities of a permanent nature that are carried out in spaces such as: information points, documentation centers, exhibition halls and historical memory, meeting rooms, individual study cubicles,  film library, specialized video library, workshop, laboratory, storage vault, exhibition room, among others, where films and audiovisual documents in various formats are studied, classified and safeguarded.
